I shared this on my Facebook page last week, but it is just too good to not make sure my Writes of Passage friends see it too.
Because God knows I love to laugh, He introduced me to Liz Curtis Higgs (no doubt the reason He made sure I got to know a few you-know-who's on this blog as well).
Oh, mercy, can that girl tickle my funny bone. I like to get myself a dose of
Lizzie whenever I need to smile. In person is what I prefer but videos and
books usually have to do. Check out her rap about Ruth below. Bet it'll tickle your funny bone, too.
What a great way to start a Monday morning. Liz Curtis Higgs is one of my top 10 favorite authors. I would love to go to one of her women's conferences one day.

ReplyDeleteI was unable to open the video, but will keep trying. Always ready to get a laugh! ~ In fact, you recently posted a photo of Poppet and Pinky on FB--written from Poppet's point of view. Oh my!! That gave me SOOO many chuckles (Poppet was "kindly sharing" that Pinky could drop a couple pounds if she'd give up snacks, and Pinky did NOT appreciate it, LOL). Loved that (and your pets' comments went perfectly with that photo! Or maybe I should say PURR-fectly?!LOL). Blessings on your week, Patti Jo :)
